/ About the project

Axia Realty Partners is redefining what it means to invest in all-age mobile home communities—focusing not on displacement, but on upliftment. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life, strengthen community ties, and improve amenities without pushing out long-time residents. The challenge was to craft a brand identity that felt both forward-thinking and deeply rooted in trust, stability, and community.


Brought on to develop the logo and visual brand direction, I aimed for a look that balanced professionalism with warmth. The branding needed to communicate growth and progress while remaining approachable and inclusive. Through thoughtful typography, a grounded color palette, and an emphasis on clarity, the final identity reflects Axia’s commitment to responsible development and long-term community support.

With Greek ownership at the helm, there was a desire to subtly weave in elements of that heritage. This led to the incorporation of a pillar in the logo—a timeless symbol of strength, foundation, and classical architecture that reinforces the company’s commitment to stability and long-term vision.
